Date Published: November 2004

Description

RIMS II is best suited to larger projects with greater development costs (i.e., 50+ units), and is most effective at describing the economic impact of multiple supportive housing developments. This guide specifically addresses the needs of supportive housing advocates. It also provides detailed instructions on using the RIMS II Viewer software.
