Adding and Deleting Registrants in e-snaps Resource

This document provides instructions on how to add registrants to the organization's e-snaps account who will be working on an organization's application. For CoCs, this access includes the CoC Applicant Profile, CoC Registration, CoC Review, and CoC application (formerly called the Exhibit 1). For project applicants, this access includes the Project Applicant Profile and the project application (formerly call the Exhibit 2). It also identifies the steps for deleting registrants who no longer need access.

This instructional guide covers important information about accessing and completing the Project Application for UFA Costs. In FY 2013, Collaborative Applicants can submit a Project Application and enter into a grant agreement with HUD for funding for UFA Costs.

FY 2013 Approved PIT Count Data for the FY 2013 - 2014 NOFA

These resources provide CoCs with information on the approved Point-in-Time (PIT) count data for the FY 2013 - 2014 CoC Program Competition NOFA. The data reflect what was officially submitted to HUD via the Homeless Data Exchange (HDX), and is what HUD will use in the assessment process. This information is available for both the sheltered and unsheltered PIT count.

FY 2013 Approved HIC Data for the FY 2013 - 2014 NOFA

These resources provide CoCs with information on the approved Housing Inventory Count (HIC) data for the FY 2013 - 2014 CoC Program Competition NOFA. The data reflect what was officially submitted to HUD via the Homeless Data Exchange (HDX), and is what HUD will use in the assessment process. This information is available for the total Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) beds, total McKinney-Vento funded PSH beds, and total McKinney-Vento Funded Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) beds.

CoC Program Competition – Project Applicants

Conditional Award Recipients: Issues and Conditions and Amendments Instructional Guide

Two instructional guides are available for FY 2012 grant recipients. The first one, Issues and Conditions Instructional Guide, instructs conditionally awarded recipients on how to access e-snaps to resolve the HUD identified issues, conditions, and budget changes based on a review of the recipient’s project application. The other one, Amendments, instructs recipients on how to  access and complete amendments in e-snaps to an FY 2012 grant.

Accessing the Project Application Resource

This resource covers important information for accessing the Project Applications for Renewal, New, CoC Planning, and UFA Costs projects. Use this resource as a supplement to the primary resources for Renewal, New, CoC Planning, and UFA Costs Projects Applications. Project Applicants must complete three steps to access the Project Application—complete the Project Applicant Profile, register for the correct Funding Opportunity, and create a Project. After doing so, the Project Application will appear on the "Submissions" screen.
