Once the rows have been populated by the Collaborative Applicant, the Ranking Spreadsheet can be sorted by Rank Number, Applicant Name, Project Name, Expiring Grant Number, Project Type, Component Type, Amount Requested, or Amount Ranked.

FY2013 CoC Names/Numbers, Geography Codes, and Preliminary Pro Rata Need Amounts
Provides the FY2013 list of CoC names and numbers and the Preliminary Pro Rata Need (PPRN) amounts based on the geography codes located within each CoC’s jurisdiction with the corresponding need amounts.
Calculating Unmet Need for Homeless Individuals and Families Guidebook and Worksheets
Assists CoCs in completing the unmet need calculation. The guidance introduces standardized formulas and procedures for calculating unmet need and identifies the data needed for the calculations. A document titled "Worksheets for Calculating Unmet Need" is also available to assist with these calculations.
FY2013 CoC Merger Financial Worksheet
Assists CoCs that are considering consolidating, or merging, with one or more CoCs to understand the Final Pro-Rata Need that will be used to determine a merged CoC's CoC planning costs and Unified Funding Agency (UFA) costs (if the Collaborative Applicant is designated as an UFA).

Allows users to search Fair Market Rents and Income Limits by current location or by metropolitan area, county, zip code and/or address.
