A Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) is a locally administered software application designed to record and store client-level information on the characteristics and service needs of homeless persons. HMIS Administrators and CoC leads can submit technical or policy questions about using HMIS and receive answers directly via email through the HRE Virtual Help Desk.
